Delivery Information

Purchases will only be dispatched once payment is received. Maehler Trading offers various delivery options to suit our customer’s needs:

 

Registered Mail Delivery:

Maehler Trading offers delivery via registered mail to your nearest Post Office, cost of which will be relayed to you at the time of your order.

A tracking number will be emailed or sms’ed to you once your purchase has been shipped.

Please collect your purchase from your nearest Post Office. You will need to provide your tracking number and some form positive identification (either you ID book or Drivers license) when collecting you parcel at the post office.
 

Should you not receive your parcel in the confirmed time frame please contact us immediately on +27 (0)31 502 4164 and we will assist in tracking the parcel. Alternatively, you can track the shipment on the South African Post Office website i.e. www.sapo.co.za
 

It is most important that the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.


Door to Door Courier Service:

Maehler Trading offers door to door courier services for purchases, cost of which would be relayed to you at the time of your order. Please contact us for further details.
 

How long will it take to receive your package?

Once payment has been received and verified, a tracking number will be sent you. Please allow 5 working days for your package to arrive at you nearest post office. In some instances this may be sooner, however if some items are temporarily out of stock this process may take longer.
